Our comprehensive 3-step service includes:

1. Consultation. The StagePresence team will visit your home, take photos and provide personalized recommendations to prepare your home for a fast sale. This includes a 1-2 hour walk-through, inside and out, and costs $375 for a home up to 3000 sq. ft. This option is best for homeowners who wish to do the preparation work themselves.

2. Bid for complete Staging. Bids are a free service and include a 30-45 minute visit to your home. We will provide a flat-fee quote for as much or as little work as your budget allows.

3. Hands-on Staging. Here's where we work our magic. Our team will return to arrange furniture, hang art and accessorize (we'll even paint and landscape!) --- all to create StagePresence. We do this cost-effectively by making use of items you already have, or by supplying affordable rental items (from fine contemporary pieces to exquisite antiques) from our inventory.  The cost of this service depends on the size of the home and the scope of the project, and typically runs from $500 to $3500.
